What you’d do

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, scheduling requested services and providing information needed to access care. • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 3 years patient access, scheduling, registration, or healthcare customer service experience
• Associate's degree or higher in relevant field
• Electronic Health Record experience (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
