Reviews contracts for applicable federal and state regulations, runs compliance gap analyses and risk assessments, and helps project teams build internal controls and monitoring programs. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Construction, law, pre-law, or liberal arts background preferred
• Corporate compliance or risk management experience a plus
• Contract and regulatory review skills
• Policy and SOP drafting
