- Associate degree in Precision Machining or Manufacturing Technology, completed apprenticeship, or eq
- Hurco WinMax / Max 5 control familiarity
- Manual machining on lathes, mills, and surface grinders
- GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
- Metrology tools for inspection
