What you’d do

Lead manufacturing engineering for Amazon Leo production, designing and improving assembly, integration, and test processes. Own the capacity increase roadmap, including capital equipment selection, procurement, install, and qualification, and act as the factory's lead technical voice in design reviews and escalations. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalen
• U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (export control)
• Experience leading a team of manufacturing engineers
• Production process design and improvement experience
• Capital equipment procurement and qualification experience
