Leads the Design Quality Management Plan at the project level, making sure submittals are complete, checked and certified before issue, and coordinates design quality with the contractor, design and QA firms, the Developer and the DOT. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in civil engineering, Construction Science or equivalent
• 5+ years in transportation design or heavy civil
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates considered
• DB/P3 design or design quality experience preferred
