What you’d do

Monitor network events and failures around the clock, triage and manage incident tickets in ServiceNow, analyze alarms to isolate root causes, and coordinate fault correction with O&M teams and service providers. • DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
• Active Secret clearance, able to obtain Top Secret
