Associate Clinical Curation Scientist

What you’d do

Interpret and classify genetic variants for a clinical genetic testing lab, applying ACMG/AMP and ClinGen guidelines to evidence from literature, public databases, and clinical data. Collaborate with laboratory geneticists and the Clinical Laboratory Director to maintain the variant database and prepare test reports. Full time, remote. • 2+ years genomic medicine data research experience
