What you’d do

Leads the system-wide patient safety program, facilitating safety assessments, coordinating patient safety committees, and educating physicians, nurses, and other practitioners on system-based causes of medical error. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in nursing, pharmacy, or related clinical area
• CPHRM, CPHQ and/or CPSO certification, or certification within 12 months of employment
• Eight (8) years in a healthcare setting
• Clinical care and supervisory experience preferred
