You’ll need

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of lab utility systems: RODI water, CDA, process exhaust, gas/chemical monitoring
• Experience managing critical facilities or lab environments
