What you’d do

Provide remote diagnostic support to field service technicians by guiding them through troubleshooting vehicle fault codes and repair procedures. You’ll need

• 3-5 years maintenance, training, or diagnostic call center experience
• Knowledge of light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicle diagnostic programs
• Ability to use OE diagnostic programs and documentation

• Full-time schedule
