What you’d do

Lead a team of hourly machinists and represented employees on 1st shift in an aerospace manufacturing environment, driving daily production and meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree OR HS diploma/GED with 4+ years manufacturing experience
• 3+ years manufacturing or manufacturing leadership experience
• Ability to work 1st shift and support business needs
• Frontline team leadership in a unionized environment
