What you’d do

Lead the design and review of ATE probe cards and load boards, from schematic capture through PCB layout, and qualify electrical and mechanical specs for test systems. You’ll need

• BSEE
• 20+ years in test PCB/loadboard or ATE HW mechanical interface design
• RF, analog, and mixed-signal test methods
• High-speed digital test methods
• Vendor management and qualification
