You’ll need

• Hands-on cable/harness and interconnect design experience
• Subsystem communication protocols (Ethernet/GigE, EtherCAT, CAN, USB)
• Requirements derivation and interface control documents (ICDs)
• Project management and cross-functional team leadership
• Electro-mechanical system debugging
