What you’d do

Reviews plans and specifications to build cost estimates for HVAC projects, covering equipment, subcontractors, labor, and controls, and prepares proposals and equipment submittals. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in engineering, engineering technology, or business management preferred
• 3–5 years in estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC, or construction management
• HVAC system design and installation knowledge
• Cost estimating and proposal preparation
