Lead cryopreservation, MOI and QCCB operations for a personalized cell therapy, covering clinical and commercial needs. Manage managers and operations staff, drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, and partner with Quality, Maintenance and Planning. Full time. You’ll need

• Experience in sterile biological/pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Lean methodologies knowledge, Green or Black Belt preferred
• Experience with electronic batch records and/or ERP systems
• Experience leading managers and operations personnel
• Regulatory compliance and EHS accountability
