What you’d do

Coordinate communication on an inpatient nursing unit, handling admissions, discharges, transfers, patient registration and insurance updates, and relaying patient needs from the nurse call system. You’ll need

• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology
• Previous HUC experience
