Consult with and coach managers and leaders on employee relations, policy, discipline, compensation, and performance. • Bachelor's in HR, business management, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years HR generalist experience
• Performance management and employee relations experience
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification desirable
