You’ll need

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics or related
• 7+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, incentive compensation or corporate finance
• MBA, CPA or CFA preferred
• Incentive compensation and workforce planning
• Cross-functional leadership with HR, accounting and finance
