What you’d do

• 1-2 years related maintenance or repair experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet
• Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
