What you’d do

Manage construction project costs, including estimating scopes of work, preparing budgets and forecasts, reviewing subcontractor bids and change orders, and reporting cost risks to clients and project teams. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in construction management, cost management, engineering, quantity surveying, or related
• 3–5+ years in cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or construction
• Cost estimating and budgeting
• Subcontractor bid analysis and change order review
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred
