What you’d do

Assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance for a property's building systems. You’ll need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years building maintenance experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Clear communication with management, tenants, and external contacts
