What you’d do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Immunohematology department, supporting the supervisor with production reports, staff training and development, and performance updates. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in chemical or biological science, clinical lab science or medical technology
• 2+ years clinical laboratory testing experience
• 2+ years immunohematology (bloodbank) experience
• ASCP and/or AMT certification
• 6+ months supervising or leading a team
