You’ll need

• Experience leading and developing a payroll team
• Multi-state and multi-union payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and prevailing wage
• Proficiency in enterprise payroll software, ideally Workday
• Experience with construction-specific timekeeping systems
