What you’d do

Manage land development projects from permit approvals through construction, plat recording and community turnover, using construction schedules, budgets, environmental studies and engineering plans. Work closely with construction managers and the Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build home sites; full-time, in-person at job sites and offices.
