What you’d do

Process and manage customer orders in ERP systems, review orders for pricing, availability and compliance, and handle customer inquiries on shipments, returns and delays. You’ll need

• 2+ years customer service, order management or inside sales support
• Order processing in an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
