What you’d do

Lead daily operations on water-cooled chiller fabrication and assembly lines during second shift, owning safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You’ll need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years in manufacturing or operations
• Lean manufacturing experience (standard work, 5S, kaizen)
• Familiarity with fabrication, leak testing, electrical systems
• Experience with MES systems and production tracking
