What you’d do

Perform building maintenance and repairs including restroom fixtures, drain clearing, door hardware, painting, floor care, and replacing lamps, filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers. You’ll need

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing
