Support process improvement and issue resolution in Oscar's claim environment for insurance and clients. Investigate and execute solutions using knowledge of claim infrastructure and workflows. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience
• 4+ years in claims processing, coding, auditing or healthcare operations
• 4+ years medical coding experience in payment integrity
• Medical coding certification (AAPC or AHIMA)
