What you’d do

Manage a caseload of members with cancer diagnoses, providing navigation, education, and clinical support from diagnosis through survivorship. Conduct oncology intake assessments, coordinate care with treating providers, and address psychosocial, financial, and logistical barriers. Hybrid role in Dallas, three days in office per week. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
