What you’d do

Installs, maintains, and repairs wiring systems, circuits, fixtures, and electrical equipment using schematics and blueprints, and runs operational tests while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. You’ll need

• 5 years of related Electrician experience
• 1 year post-secondary/vocational training in electrical theory
• Familiarity with National Electric Code and Statewide Building Code
• Journeyman's Electrician's License by end of first year in Virginia
• Master Electrician (MELE) for some facilities
