What you’d do

Serve as main point of contact for Premier and Core commercial clients, answering questions on products like wires, ACH, statements, and lockbox, and routing requests to specialists. You’ll need

• High school education or equivalent
• 2+ years customer service or commercial experience preferred
• Data entry and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of banking products helpful
