What you’d do

Provides advanced physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload across acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab, and outpatient settings. You’ll need

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
• Advanced physical therapy evaluation and treatment skills
• Experience across acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab, or outpatient settings
• Teaching and staff competency assessment
• Full-time schedule
