Reviews confidential clinical information and provides personalized referrals to individuals or physicians and clinics needing specialty services. • 2 years of recent relevant experience
• Working knowledge of managed care requirements and processes
• Knowledge of third-party payers (PPO, HMO, Medicare, insurance plans)
