What you’d do

Plan and run development trials on ingot pullers, saws, cleaning and metrology equipment, defining process windows and tracking yield, kerf and downtime KPIs. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or STEM
• 5+ years in manufacturing process development or production coordination
• Semiconductor, PV, crystal growth, precision machining, or injection molding experience preferred
• DOE and process window definition
• Trial planning and KPI tracking
