Systems Qualification Engineer, Additive Manufacturing

What you’d do

Author, execute, and close out IQ/OQ protocols for metal and polymer additive manufacturing systems, run FAT/SAT commissioning for incoming equipment, and own qualification impact assessments for engineering changes. You’ll need

• Experience qualifying metal AM equipment to AMS7032, ISO/ASTM TS 52930, ISO/ASTM 52920, or NIAR/NCAM
• Experience supporting PQ with materials, process, or application engineering teams
• Experience measuring as-built additive surfaces and scan-to-CAD comparison
• IQ/OQ protocol authoring and execution
• FAT/SAT commissioning and OEM field engineer coordination
