What you’d do

Process tax forms and related IRS reporting tasks for customer accounts, handle internal customer contacts, perform quality control on tax processing workflows, and serve as liaison with departments regarding customer information. You’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years related experience, preferably in banking or tax processing
• Knowledge of IRS regulations including Chapter 3 and 4 (FATCA)
• Basic math skills
• Systems knowledge of ace, RAFT, RRS, Mobius preferred
