Provide primary and preventive care to people experiencing homelessness in community and outdoor settings, including screenings, wound care, medication management, and chronic disease monitoring. • MSN Nurse Practitioner program (NLN-approved) or certified NP program
• 3 years NP experience if not NLN-approved program
• Georgia RN license
• 2 years RN experience preferred
