Manufacturing Supervisor

What you’d do

Lead a team of 10–15 specialists and technicians in a high-volume semiconductor fab, overseeing safety, quality, and output while executing production strategies. Full-time compressed work week: alternating 3- and 4-day shifts of 12 hours (Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday), with occasional off-shift support. You’ll need
