Maintenance Mechanic I and II

What you’d do

Maintain and repair building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam and chilled water, and operate building automation controls. You’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year building maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Knowledge of chilled water distribution systems
• Knowledge of steam and hot water heating systems
