What you’d do

Provide end-user technical support, troubleshooting, installations, and access provisioning for corporate applications, computers, and devices. You’ll need

• 3+ years end-user technical support experience
• 3+ years Microsoft cloud (O365, OneDrive, Exchange)
• 3+ years desktop technologies (Windows, MS Office)
• Familiarity with VDI environments
• PowerShell, Mac OSX, and/or A/V a plus
