What you’d do

Serve as the HR contact for assigned client groups, advising managers on performance and team issues and coordinating with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation. Support talent reviews, succession planning, the annual compensation cycle, and engagement action plans, and share workforce data with leaders. Full time. You’ll need

• 4+ years supporting managers and employees on people issues
• HR, operations, business administration, chief of staff, or program coordination background
• HR generalist or HRBP experience a plus
