• PhD (awarded or imminent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related
• Experience with spintronic materials or beyond-CMOS device platforms
• NEGF quantum transport and DFT (VASP, Quantum ESPRESSO)
• E-beam lithography and thin-film device fabrication
• MATLAB or Python scientific stack
