You’ll need

• 10+ years in IT or cybersecurity
• 3+ years leading cybersecurity operations teams
• 3+ years managing large analyst groups in monitoring, detection, and incident response
• Experience developing enterprise-wide SOC concepts of operations, policies, and procedures
