Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to help desk tickets, installing and maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT documentation and inventory. You’ll need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years installing and troubleshooting software and hardware
• Proficient in Windows and iOS environments
• Experience with Layer 1 Networking and Cabling
