What you’d do

Float to Norfolk General units needing extra Safety Partner coverage, monitoring and supporting patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, agitation, impulsiveness or self-harm so they stay safe during their hospital stay. You’ll need

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Prior healthcare experience or health science program enrollment preferred
• Complete Sentara Safety Partner Training Course if no experience
• Willingness to float across units
