Monitor and supervise youth to maintain safety in program areas, including bathrooms, overnight and outings, and use physical intervention when needed. You’ll need

• Ability to perform physical intervention/restraint
• Tolerance for interruptions and verbal/physical threats
• Conflict resolution in crisis situations
• Knowledge of hospital, state, Medicaid and Joint Commission safety guidelines
