What you’d do

Accompany a provider into exam rooms to observe visits and document encounters in structured notes, including history, assessment, plan, and physical exam. Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, prepare After Visit Summaries, place orders and referrals, and support clinical documentation improvement. Full time. Found on the employer's careers page on Oct 6, 2026. You’ll need

• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages where indicated
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering (preferred)
