Operating Engineer

What you’d do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, generators, and fire/life safety equipment. Monitor building systems via BMS, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, respond to emergencies, and document work orders in CMMS. Full time. You’ll need

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 4+ years in critical facilities operations, engineering, or maintenance
• 4+ years with HVAC and electrical systems, including rooftop units
