What you’d do

Provide in-home physical therapy as ordered by a physician, including OASIS assessments and individualized care plans, and teach patients and families to use equipment and manage their condition. • 1+ year PT experience in acute care
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in own name
• Capable of all physical demands
