You’ll need

• Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related
• 7+ years project management in construction, PM/CM, or owner's rep
• Experience with K-12, higher education, or public-sector capital projects
• PMP, CCM, LEED AP, PE, RA, or similar certification preferred
